(19) Autopsy Report of Kurt Cobain Released

Updated: Mar 8

It's 26 years (April 5, 2020) (update 2024 below) since the time of Kurt Cobain's death and many people don't agree that Kurt Cobain killed himself. The first person that noticed something was very wrong was Tom Grant. He was a private investigator that was hired by Courtney Love to find Kurt Cobain when Kurt was missing.

Tom Grant didn't know about Kurt Cobain and Courtney love until he was hired by Courtney to find out about Kurt's whereabouts. Grant started to record telephone conversations of him and Courtney Love because he felt something was wrong and noticed many red flags due to Courtney's strange behavior. These recorded telephone conversations show a more darker side of Courtney Love behind the scenes.

When Kurt was found, his case was ruled a suicide within 54 minutes without any proper, real, objective investigation. Ruled by a corrupt police department in Seattle, their opinion that it was a suicide was only based on Courtney's own false created realities and their perception of what they saw when they arrived at the crime scene. In other words: the Seattle police department judged only on outer perceptions. Never was there a proper investigation done by professionals. Pictures where being made on the crime scene, were not developed. (Only 20 years later after a lot of media pressure!) Kurt's death was ruled a suicide without waiting for the autopsy report. Fingerprints where being examined months after Kurt's death, by then, police didn't find any useable fingerprints. Not even of Kurt himself.

The Seattle police department didn't knew anything about toxicology. The medical examiner said that Kurt died of a self inflicted gunshot to the head. Ten days after Kurt's death, on April 15, 1994, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported that Cobain was "high on heroin when he pulled the trigger". The paper reported that the toxicological tests determined that the level of morphine in Cobain's bloodstream was 1.52 milligrams per liter and that there was also evidence of valium in his blood. The report contained a quote from Dr. Randall Baselt of the Chemical Toxicological Institute, stating that Cobain's heroin level was at "a high concentration, by any account".

The Seattle Police Department Case Investigation Report even mentioned the drugs and the amount found in Kurt's blood. They knew nothing about toxicology and saw no connection with the large amounts of heroin, the alcohol and the valium. Police saw Kurt laying on the floor of the greenhouse holding a shotgun, they saw a note and Courtney said that Kurt was suicidal and wanted to kill himself all the time, even before he was found dead. Based on these things, Kurt Cobain had commited suicide, according to police.

The question remains why the Seattle police department decided that Kurt Cobain died from a self inflicted shotgun wound to the head if they didn't had an Autopsy report? They didn't know what was in Kurt's system when they arrived at the scene.

Autopsy reports and especially of famous artists are in the public domain and can be found on the internet everywhere. The Autopsy report of Janis Joplin for example was released after her death. Janis was also 27 years old and died from a combination of heroin and alcohol.

It's very strange that Kurt Cobain's Autopsy report was never released, while other documents of the Cobain case are made public. Personally I think that the Autopsy report was not released because of the many mistakes the Seattle police made when dealing with the Cobain case. If the autopsy report was released, the Seattle police department would have to admit that Kurt died from three times a lethal dose of heroin and not from a self inflicted shotgun wound to the head. Then how can Kurt shot himself if he was already unconscious? And why not release the Autopsy report if it was a suicide?

Because Kurt was murdered and the autopsy report would confirm that Kurt died from a heroin overdose. Even some former police detectives have said that there was a shocking amount of heroin in Kurt's system. Even with a normal amount of heroin, a user would nod off, a conversation is hardly possible. Of course there is a tolerance level of heroin use but that goes to an certain amount. It's impossible to inject so many heroin that it would easily kill three people, to stay conscious for minutes, even hours, to put everything away in cigarbox next to him, to put down his sleeve, pick up a shotgun and then shoot himself.

The whole story doesn't make any sense. As said before, why would Kurt kill himself?

He loved his daughter, his stomach pains where over, he had a lot of fame and money, nobody ever saw him depressed or talking about suicide? Kurt just had some problems with Courtney Love. And why would you first shoot yourself with so much heroin and then shoot yourself through the head? That doesn't make any sense and it looks like a case of overkill.

Courtney had to be sure that Kurt was dead, that's why he was shot.

The Autopsy report of Kurt Cobain must be released to find out if Kurt really killed himself or that he was murdered. But for now, all the evidence points to murder. The Autopsy report would only confirm this.

This is the only direct official source to the Autopsy report of Kurt Cobain. Even the Seattle Police Department confirms that Kurt had very large amounts of heroin in his system.

Update: 1/25/2024 2:55 PM: Kurt Cobain purported autopsy raport leaked

The autopsy report of Kurt Cobain is released after almost 30 years.

Kurt Cobain died nearly 30 years ago -- but one man has been following the case since, and published what he claims is the official autopsy report ... unviewed publicly until now.

A private investigator named Tom Grant, who was hired by Courtney Love when Cobain was missing and doesn't believe Kurt killed himself, threw up this PDF on his Twitter account

Wednesday -- writing ...

A letter to the readers of Kurt Cobain's Autopsy Report:

"I've always said, as far back as the mid 1990s, "There will be nothing..." and now I can say, "There is nothing..." in the autopsy report that could not be duplicated by a staged suicide. In fact, there is something in the report that indicates probable collusion to perpetuate a deliberate lie by the medical staff at the King County Medical Examiner's office. Their report states, "A note indicating suicidal intent was found in the residence." Anyone who has seen and read that so-called "suicide note" must evaluate it honestly with full knowledge of the following: 1. Kurt was leaving Courtney, as evidenced by Courtney's own recorded words regarding the Rome incident where she told me, "He said he was leaving me." 2. Their own attorney, Rosemary Carroll, told me, Courtney wanted a divorce and Kurt wanted Courtney taken out of his will." (more in the autopsy report)

This is the first time this report has been made public." Said Grant

Cobain had 1.52 mgs per liter of morphine (heroïn) in his system. Three times a lethal dose, even for a hardcore heroin addict. The drug Diazepam,(sleeping pills, helps against depression and relaxes the muscles) Codeine and Nordiazepam where also found in his blood.
