This is an recorderd interview with Eldon Hoke nicknamed El Duce for Nick Broomfield’s documentary: Kurt & Courtney. The musician tells Broomfield he knows who killed Kurt Cobain, and explains how Kurts wife, Courtney Love, also offered him $50,000 to kill Kurt Cobain. In the interview El Duce mentiones a name on accident: Allen....

Only a matter of days after Broomfield recorded this interview, El Duce, was death.

On April 19, 1997, one day after Duce's final performance and two days after filming his interview for the Kurt & Courtney documentary, Hoke was found dead on the railroad tracks in Riverside, California, decapitated in the accident. He was hit full on by a train doing 60 MP/H", according to Steve Broy, the Mentors' bass player. Subsequent tests indicated a high blood alcohol content and thus Hoke's official cause of death was given by the coroner's office as "misadventure".

El Duce was last seen with a man called Allen Wrench. Allen's musical background was from an old band 'ROAD WHORE', which had some members of WHITE FLAG and CHRISTIAN DEATH. Allen went to El Duce's house furiously, they argued for a while and Allen said they would go to a liqour store. Later El Duce was killed on a train track. His untimely death was recorded as misadventure.
